The host processes, on our behalf, data that arises when this website is accessed (IP address, date, page accessed, browser). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and efficient provision). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
When you access this website, the following data is automatically stored in server logs:

The contact form on the contact page is processed exclusively on our own server (hosting see section 02). No external service is used; the message is forwarded to us by email.
The following are processed: name, email address, subject, message text and — for technical reasons — your IP address (for spam and abuse prevention). The data is used solely to handle your enquiry.

Retention: until your enquiry has been dealt with; deleted thereafter, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
When you register interest in a place in the ALD system on the home page, you submit your name and email address and, optionally, a free text (motivation). Like the contact form, the registration is processed exclusively on our own server (hosting see section 02) and forwarded to us by email. No external service is used. For technical reasons, your IP address is processed for spam and abuse prevention.
Purpose: getting in touch regarding the allocation of a place.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent by sending with confirmation of the checkbox).
Recipients: only the operator (ENTYTECH OÜ) and the hosting provider as processor. No transfer to third countries.
Retention: until withdrawal of consent or a maximum of 24 months.
(Phase 2 — not yet active.) Login will use a one-time sign-in link (magic link) sent by email. The following will be processed: email address, timestamp, IP address, token ID.
Purpose: authentication, protection against abuse.
Legal basis: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b GDPR.
Retention: tokens expire after 15 minutes, login logs after 90 days.
This website sets no tracking cookies and uses no web analytics tool (no Google Analytics, no Matomo, no Facebook Pixel).
The public website stores no personal data in your browser. Only in the — currently inactive — participant/login area (Phase 2) may a technically necessary session token be stored locally after login. This data does not leave your device.
The fonts used (Inter, Playfair Display, JetBrains Mono) are embedded locally on our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or other third parties; no data is transferred to third parties.
